Redskin Rucking Challenge

The Redskin Ruck is a team-oriented physical endurance challenge taking place on March 29th. Teams of 4 will compete in a “last team standing” grinder with 100% of the proceeds going to the McLoud PD/FD. Ruck/Backpack weight 45lbs Male & 25lbs Female
All weight must be in backpacks- no vests.
Student Teams - ages 15-18 ($100) Adult Teams- ages 10 and over ($200)
Shirts will be given to all. Trophy to the winning team
Event will stage and start at McLoud FB Field @ 0800
Teams can camp on the field. Teams will provide their own basic needs. Restrooms are on site.
Weather will not cancel the event unless lightening 
Rucks weighed and certified 0700-0745
Each team must have at least one person of each sex
Course will be undisclosed until race morning at 0600. The course will be predominately dirt with varying elevations. 
Each team will have 20 minutes to complete the course per round. A new round will start every 30 minutes. For example, if your team completes the round in 16 minutes, you will have 14 minutes to rest until the round repeats. 
The faster you complete the round the longer your team rests. Failure to complete the round with EVERY teammate within 20 minutes leads to the team dropping out of the competition. 
Every four hours a new “twist” will be added until only one team is standing.
