Black Men's Wellness Day 5k & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk

Come out to Legacy Park in Norman on September 13th for Norman's first annual Black Men's Wellness Day 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk as Oklahoma Race Company has proudly partnered with the Black Men's Wellness Day team to bring you this amazing event! 

This event is a run for everyone. This race is for entire community—of all races, genders, and backgrounds—to run, connect, and share in this powerful experience. This is Oklahoma’s first-ever edition of a movement that’s been inspiring communities across the U.S. since 2004.

Race Participants receive:
✔️Custom Race Bib
✔️Cool Finisher Medal
✔️Run for a GOOD CAUSE.  A portion of the proceeds from this race will go to the Norman chapter of the African American Male Wellness Agency (AAMWA)! The more racers that sign up, there more there is give back. 
✔️Access to the wellness day clinic & ALL THE FUN!

✔️The Wellness Day event will have t-shirts and other swag to offer!

⭐Kids Zone: A day for the entire family! There's something for everyone! Let your little ones engage in fun, interactive, and educational activities centered around health and wellness.

⭐Senior Pavilion: It's critical to the mission of Black Men's Wellness Day to promote wellness for the entire community. That's why we have a special pavilion with activities just for our Golden citizens.

⭐Entertainment: Celebrate with us! From live music to performances, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
