We're taking the D1 experience outside! Join us at Bluff Creek Park for a morning of speed and agility stations in the field, a fun run through the trails, and challenges with prizes up for grabs.

It's free, open to members and the public, so bring your kids, your friends, and your teammates. Every age and every fitness level is welcome. We hope to see you there!

Registration begins at 8:00 AM. We’ll gather for a group warm-up around 8:25 AM, followed immediately by agility and speed stations. After the stations, we’ll head into the 2-mile run, followed by competitions, games, and prizes.

Come ready to train like an athlete!
