Group Rates and Teams

• 5K Group rates are available - register four or more people at the same time for the discount of $5.00 per person
• Select the multi-person discount on the 1st page of registration to join or create a team
• You can create a new team or join an existing team to participate in the biggest team challenge
• Discount & last day to join a team ends Sunday, November 23rd 

Packet Pick-Up & Day of Race

• Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up & Race Day Packet Pick-Up: is at the Owasso High School Fieldhouse
• The fieldhouse is located east of the football stadium and west of the Owasso High School Track
• OHS address: 12901 E. 86th St. N., Owasso, OK 74055
• Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up Times and Dates:

         -Monday 23rd & Tuesday 24th from 10a-12p and 5p-7p 

• Race Day pickup and day of registration will be from 7:30 am to 8:45 am
• You can register on the day of the race with a credit card or cash 
• You can pick up race packets for others - make sure you communicate with those you are picking up packets for
• If you do not pick up your race packet, you have until December 4th, 2026
• All remaining items will be donated
• There are no refunds

Fun Run & 5K

• Fun Run starts at 8:30 am
• 5K starts at 9:00 am
• Both races start at the OHS Track

Shirt Information

• Short Sleeve T-Shirts - to guarantee your shirt size and order, you must register by Friday, Nov. 7th at midnight
• We will not exchange shirt sizes at pick up, on the day of the race, or ship shirts
• We will have a limited amount of shirts for those who did not make the guaranteed shirt date of Nov. 7th at packet pick-up and the day of the race
• First-come, First Served; we will not reserve shirts
• We will not exchange shirt sizes for wrong-size orders
• ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL

Prizes

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes for each Gender/Age Group
• You must be present to receive your prizes; we will not ship
• All runners will receive a medal

Add a Name to Our Race T-Shirt

Give Back This Thanksgiving!
Runners and non-runners alike can have a name added to our race t-shirt design with a $20 donation by November 7th.

Donations can be made during registration or separately.

Give Back This Thanksgiving

In the spirit of Thanksgiving and giving back to our community, we are also collecting non-perishable food items for our local food bank, Owasso Community Resources. Please bring non-perishable food items to packet pickup or on race day.

The most-needed items include:

Peanut butter
Mac & cheese
Spaghetti sauce
Canned or dried beans
Canned fruit
Cereal
Rice

Thank you for helping us make this Thanksgiving tradition about more than just the race. Together, we can give back and make a difference in our community!
