Run for the Arts POSTPONED until October 17th, 2020

Dear Stillwater Community,
Given the provided guidance from the CDC and in consultation with public health officials and city government/emergency management, we must postpone the Run for the Arts.
If you have already registered for the race, please use this opportunity to choose one of the following options: Stay in the race and participate on 10/17/20, receive a refund of your registration fee, or allow the Stillwater Arts and Humanities Council to keep your registration fee as a donation.
We send our best to all those affected by COVID-19 and hope that everyone stays health and safe in these uncertain times.

Description
Celebrate the ARTS with the 2nd annual Run for the Arts in Stillwater on October 17, 2020. This will be a creative and fun VIRTUAL 5k and run/walk with a Halloween theme.
The Virtual Run for the Arts 5k and Fun Run is a fundraising event for the arts by the Stillwater Arts and Humanities Council. Participating in the Virtual Fun Run helps raise funds for grants for local nonprofit arts organizations that bring visual, performing, cultural, and literary art programs to the community and keep arts alive and strong. Sign up to run today and donate to the arts.
Since this is a virtual event, the start and finish is wherever you choose. The theme for this virtual run is Halloween, so prepare to get creative and have fun! We want to see you in your costumes, so please post photos or videos on the Facebook Arts and Humanities page as you are participating in the event!
Registration is open now, and packets can be picked up at Prairie Arts, 1001 S Duck St in Stillwater on Friday the 16th or Saturday the 17th.
Run Begins: Anytime you wish on October 17th.
Registration fee: $35 – Adult, $18 – Youth
