We know many female runners/cyclists/athletes are struggling with pre-peri-post menoupausal issues. We reached out to our friends at Vitality Physical Therapy to learn of their new offerings thru Vitality Functional Family Medicine. Dr. Dockery and team are focused on helping people who are tired of feeling unheard and misunderstood. Dr Dockery wants to provide you with answers to optimize your health, and pursue a life of Vitality, even if you feel like you've tried it all.

What should I expect? A casual setting to listen, learn and ask questions. We will be meeting at RunnersWorld Tulsa and begin at 6pm. There will be light refreshments (yes including chocolate) and some champagne and sparkling water, because us gals always could use some champagne or sparkling water!
