Grab your sweetheart (or meet one at the race) and bring them to Fleet Feet Blue Dome (2nd and Frankfort) in Downtown Tulsa on Saturday, February 13, 2021 for the Sweetheart Run! For 2021 this race features a great finisher medal, pom beanie hat for all entrants, and great post race food. The race starts and finishes at Fleet Feet Blue Dome in downtown Tulsa, and is contested on a great urban downtown Tulsa course. A Tulsa Valentine's Day tradition for over a decade.
For 2021 the Sweetheart Run will be a 5k only event due to COVID size restrictions. We anticipate that in 2022 the race will return with the normal format that includes a 5k, 10k and Double!
When registering you have the opportunity to register as a couples team for the 5K. If you register as a team (2 people) what this means is you will both run the race(s) you registered for, and at the end of the each we will combine your two finish times to make a team time. Then we will rank all team times and provide awards for 1st place. This does not mean you need to run together in the race. It is also not a relay.
Your registration includes a pom top beanie hat ($25 value) and the option to purchase a long sleeved tri-blend shirt for $25 (plus tax). Both pictured below!
With consultation and input from the City of Tulsa, this race will implement the following special race modifications:
