TAT Ready to Race: Spring 70.3 Experience
A guided journey to Little Elm , Chattanooga, Galveston, Oceanside & spring races
Spring 70.3 Training Experience is designed to provide athletes with a fully guided, affordable, and community-driven journey toward completing (or improving performance in) the a Spring 70.3 race. This program blends expert-led coaching, practical education, structured training support, and group accountability — all at an accessible entry point for developing and returning athletes.
Core Athlete Experience (What’s Included for $150) Must be a 2026 TAT Member - this requires renewal
- 11 coached Monday swim sessions (endurance, open water skills, and pacing)
- 4 triathlon-focused strength sessions led in-clinic by licensed PT Anders
- 2 hands-on bike clinics
- 2 nutrition talks (fueling & hydration for 70.3 training and racing)
- Fully supported 70.3 race simulation day
- Guided weekly group long runs (Sundays)
- Supported group ride/bricks (Saturdays)
- Suggested structured 70.3 training plan and/or option to follow progression via Transitions triathlon app
- Discounted lactate threshold testing through Vitality
- Discount or raffle opportunity for professional bike fit with Mark Teruki
All program components are part of the all-inclusive core package — no upgrades or hidden fees.
Throughout this structured program, athletes will:
✔ Progress gradually using a recommended training plan or app-based progression
✔ Build comfort and skill in open water-style swimming
✔ Improve cycling confidence, technical handling, and race pacing
✔ Strengthen biomechanical foundations through PT-led strength work
✔ Learn evidence-based fueling strategies for training and race day success
✔ Practice transitions and race flow during a supported simulation
✔ Gain weekly accountability and encouragement through group rides and runs
✔ Enter race weekend feeling prepared, confident, and connected to a support community
Weekly Community Sessions
- Sunday Long Runs: Build endurance, mental pacing strategies
- Saturday Ride/Bricks: Structured around progressive mileage and race specificity
