Description
A Virtual Run is a race that can be ran at any location. You have a flexible time frame in which to finish your race. Awards are not given only to the fastest runner, but to runners for a variety of things! This is a 5k meaning you will complete 3.1 miles.
First you register for the run. Online registration is currently open. You can register at any time, up until midnight on April 29, 2017. You will have the option to purchase an awesome t-shirt at check out!
Run/walk/crawl the 3.1 miles wherever you’d like (on your favorite local running trail, in your neighborhood, etc) from April 30-May 4, 2017. Once you have ran your race, report your time to us to be eligible for marvelous prizes.

What is the officaial hashtag for the race? #MoldovaDeafRun2017 post your pictures on Instagram or Facebook and use this hashtag so we can all see who participated. It also puts you in the race to win a prize for your pictures!
Why should I do a virtual race? The short answer would be because they are cool. The more detailed top 4 reasons would include:
Exercise is good for the body!
It gives you an excuse to get out of the house on a beautiful May day!
Complete control over your schedule. Complete the race on your own time. No travel expenses, no hassle with parking and no long lines waiting at the potty.
An opportunity to support a great cause. Our race benefits a Deaf children's camp in Moldova This camp is directed by The Woodall Foundation, and our mission is to share the gospel with these orphans, as well as encourage and empower them to make better lives for themselves through a little bit of love and education.
Who can participate? Everybody and anybody! There is no age limit and there are no restrictions. So run, jog, walk, crawl, run alone, run in a group, run with your pet, it doesn’t matter. Just get out there and run!
Can I complete the race with a group? Yes! We even have an award for most members in a group run!
Do I have to complete the distance all at one time or can I break it up into different days? No you are not required to run your distance all at one time. Feel free to break it up into several runs if you need to.
I don’t live in the United States, can I still participate?? Absolutely!!! Sign up today.
