6 hours of loops at the Atlas Tube Centre. This is an invitational event with a limited field. No aid. No frills. No awards. No mercy. No BS. 8 loops equals 1 mile. Repeat for 6hrs. Count your loops. Honour system.

Minimum to qualify for opportunity to obtain a patch is 1 loop (including the flight of stairs) per hour. So ya, basically you slackers can get away with 5 loops (~1km).
