Spring Into Summer 5k Walk/Run

Arlington Community School Fitness Program presents

Spring into Summer 5k  Walk/Run in Arlington OR on May 30 at 8:00am

Race starts promptly at 8am @ the highschool track

Registration will be available day of the race until 7:30am the morning of the race

Online Registration deadline is May 27th at midnight

If you would like to order a shirt we must have recieved your registration no later than MAY 10, 2015.

Kids ages 3-10 Run FREE but you have to fill out a waiver and register them as well

Pre- Registration $25.00 includes tshirt. Deadline for tshirt is MAY 10 at midnight.

Registration after May 10 and day of event $25does not include Tshirt.

Tshirts $15 Gender Neurtral shirts and no kids shirts available.  Sizes small-2xl ( We must recieve your registration by May 10 at midnight for a shirt)

Strollers are allowed in the race, we ask that you stay in the back of the group as the race begins to prevent trips and stumbles of other participants.

There will be two classes of participants, runners and walkers. Runners may walk during the race, however those registered as walkers may not  run during the race or will be disqualified.

Age categories are

Kids ages 3-10, 10-18

Adults ages 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up. There will be ribbons for 1st, in each age category for runners and walkers!

Water and snacks will be available at the finish line at a first come first serve basis. No aid stations along the course.

All participants are asked to stay on the LEFT side of the road the entire race with the exception of Main St, please use the sidewalk. Headphones are not permitted due to it being a road race and participants need to be aware of traffic and are responsible for their own safety. After running a lap around the track participants will head out toward Shane drive. Heading South on Shane Drive. Then take a left at Cottonwood and run down cottonwood to Hwy 19. From there the race heads uphill on main st. PLEASE USE THE SIDEWALK. Participants will finishing back at the track. Awards will begin at 9am, Race closes at 9:30am.
