Looking for a training group?

This Summer-Fall the FootZone will offer 3 training programs: IntroRun-5k, 10k, and Half Marathon Training Groups.  Each training group has a head coach and mentors to guide your training. Each program will include: race distance specific training plan, bi-weekly meet-ups (one mid-week -day varies per group and Saturday @ 8am), dedicated coach/mentors, FootZone logo item and other fun swag items! We kick-off the fun on August 10th!

FootZone will serve as your community home base and answers to all things running. Training programs offer individualized running pace groups, in a social and motivating group setting. Every FootZone training program begins with a kick-off meeting and is perfectly timed to prepare participants for the Fall Footraces Half, Fleet Foot 5k or BigFoot 10k.
