Description
The 5k run/walk course is on Reserve property along technical trails, boardwalks, and hills with a 300 foot change in elevation. Run where the river meets the sea, along vast tidal flats, extensive marshes and meandering channels. Volunteers will be stationed along the trails and courses will be clearly marked to make your experience more enjoyable. Restrooms and water are available at the start/finish area. Please leave pets at home.
