Isn't it time to step out for some fresh air and get some sunshine on your face? Then "Infusing Hope" Virtual Run/Walk Challenge is perfect for you! 

We invite runners and walkers of all kinds, and from any location to participate virtually. Infusing Hope is about sharing positivity and promoting healthy living. We all know exercising improves our moods, boosts energy, promotes better sleep, and puts a spark back in our step. So let's have some fun!

Sign up for your favorite distance and begin your challenge. You can choose 25 miles, 50 miles, 100 miles, or 200 miles challenge. Complete your miles anytime and anywhere, and support a great cause. Ask family and friends to join you in this challenge and encourage each other to meet your goal!

 We also have a "Doggie Dash" option for those furbabies that want to get in the mix and earn their own swag.

Together, we will commit to staying active during the month of March through April 17 and celebrate our accomplishments with a finishers medal, unisex t-shirt, and finishers certificate! Track your progress with daily logs, and earn badges along the way.  Your participation supports Pacific Northwest Bleeding Disorders in honor of Bleeding Disorders Awareness Month in March and continues all the way to April 17th, to World Hemophilia Day. 

Challenges:

25 Mile Challenge - Run/Walk .53 miles a day for 47 days or 3.72 miles a week

50 Mile Challenge - Run/Walk 1.06 miles a day for 47 days or 7.44 miles a week

100 Mile Challenge - Run/Walk 2.12 miles a day for 47 days or 14.8 miles a week

200 Mile Challenge - Run/Walk 4.25 miles a day for 47 days or 29.78 miles a week

FAQ's

When does the event start/end?

This is a rolling start event. Start anytime. Run/Walk/Bike your race anywhere. You have until April 17th to complete your selected challenge. Don't forget to log your miles along the way.

Can I walk?

Yes. This is a challenge for all levels, fitness, and athletes. This challenge is to push us to get out and keep working on our physical health. Run, walk, bike, hike, swim, or indoor activities on your favorite gym equipment. 

Can I do my challenge over multiple days?

Yes! You can break it up over multiple workouts and multiple days. Just remember to log in your miles to earn badges along the way.

What is included with my registration?

All participants receive a finishers medal, unisex t-shirt, access to all challenge features including race bib, online tracking, and a finishers certificate.

When will I receive my race swag?

Your swag will be mailed out the week of April 19th.

When do I get my race bib?

You can download and print your custom bib immediately after registering. The link to your bib is in your confirmation email and also in the Quick Links email sent to you the day after your registration. If you can't find your confirmation email, you can resend it to yourself within your profile. 

How do I find my finishers certificate?

Here's how:

1. Click on "RESULTS" tab at the top of the race page
2. Click "SUBMIT RESULTS"
3. Look up your name.
4. Enter your miles or minutes you completed in the calendar.

5. Click "Certificate" in the upper right corner.

Do I have to log my miles or activity?

Nope — logging your miles or activity is optional, but we do hear from our participants that it helps them feel more connected to the challenge and to the other participants. PLEASE NOTE: If you are anonymous, you will not be able to log your miles. 

How do I log my activity for the challenge?

1. Click on "RESULTS" tab at the top of the race page
2. Click "SUBMIT RESULTS"
3.  Look up your name.
4. Enter the progress of your activity.
Note:  It takes up to 24 hours for the system to update new participant registrations so you may not be able to start placing your results until the day after you register.

REFERRING YOUR FRIEND

How do I refer friends?

When you check out you will receive a unique URL link. Send that to your friends and ask them to register using your link. They will be automatically credited as your referral and you will receive $20 back from your registration fee once you hit 5 referrals.

The link to your referral code is in the confirmation email and also in the Quick Links email that was sent to you the day after you registered.  You can also find your link in your profile.  

How can I see how many people have registered using my referral link? 

You can track your referred registrations in your profile. 

Does this event support a charity?

Yes, this event supports Bleeding disorders Awareness Month in March and runs through April 17 for World Hemophilia Day. A percentage of proceeds will be given to Pacific Northwest Bleeding Disorders in Corvallis, Oregon to support those living with bleeding disorders.
