Race Day:

• Race day registrations are welcome for $5 additional ($45) - (shirts will be available while supplies last).

All participants receive a shirt, squirt gun & ONE water bottle. Shirts & sizes are guaranteed if you register by 6/29...we'll order extra, but we can't guarantee anything after June 29th.

We have awesome award medals in the following categories:   Top 3 overall M/F, Top 3 overall masters M/F, Overall grand master's M/F, Overall Sr. master's M/F, Top 3 in each of the normal 5 year age groups...PLUS: 6 years & Under, 7 & 8 years, 9 & 10 years, 11-14, 15-19, through 75+.   Awesome race shirts to all participants...guaranteed & in your size if you register by 6/22.  Water bottle blaster squirt gun with one water bottle (but you're welcome to bring your own too)!

Still want to participate or support the cause and have a shot at an award? or maybe you saw the shirt and said:  "Sweet...I want one!"  Then the virtual race is for you.  Run when & where you want, just submit your time by end of Race Day.  We'll ship out virtual packages the Monday after event date! *Shipping available for continental US only.

Step 1:

Get excited, grab some friends and buddies to join you!  Sign up and register for the Blast & Dash 5K Eugene!

Step 2:

Hydrate, grab your buddy (or not), and get ready to get moving!

Step 3:

Get out there and run or walk! You can run at the park, your favorite route in your neighborhood; anywhere you want.   Please remember to be safe!

Step 4:

HAVE FUN!~

Share your distance, a selfie, or a picture along your race route and use the hashtag #BlastandDashEugene5K  #fivestarrunning  #fivestarntp

Step 5:

Submit your results online via your registration 

You can submit your race time anytime until 7/9 @11:59PM.

Step 6:

View your Results Monday after the Event Date.

All participants will receive FREE entry into the 2022 Five Star Turkey Trot. Top finishers will also earn a qualifying spot in the Five Star 5K Championships in January 2023. See www.fivestarntp.com for full details.  

Our events are designed to be fun and for the entire family. With that in mind any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.  
All registrations are final...We're sorry, but there are no refunds, transfers, or deferments.
