Welcome to Lake Oswego's first annual 4K Your Way! This fun challenge offers both a virtual and an in person walk/run option that the whole family can enjoy. Join us at Lake Oswego High School on October 1st at 7:00pm and enjoy a time for connection, community, and exercise. Or, choose the virtual option and complete your 4K any time the following week, on your own time in your own way. All for a great cause!
Lake Oswego High School’s very own Backpack Club is partnering with Blessings in a Backpack to put on this awesome event and all the money raised will go directly to feeding hungry kids in Oregon. Blessings in a Backpack is an amazing organization that provides nutritional support for food-insecure children, stepping in on Fridays to provide kids with food for the weekends when they can’t access state-funded school meals. The food packs kids receive on Fridays provide essential nutrition over the weekend which helps increase test scores, grades, attendance, and behavior. By participating in and donating to the 2022 4K Your Way, you are changing a kid’s life. Please join us this year and run, walk, jump, skip, or roll your way to 4k!
You might be wondering why this is a 4K. $4 helps feed one child in Oregon for a weekend. The family registration fee of $130 feeds one child over the weekend for an entire school year. So please sign up now… then grab your family, your friends, and either join us at the high school or head out to your favorite park or trail!

REGISTRATION PRICES
- $20 for student (under 23)
- $50 for adult (23 and over)
- $130 for a family (up to 5 people in the same household)*
*Family registrations should be made simultaneously to receive the registration discount. Shirts must be shipped to the same mailing address.
