Description
A Thanksgiving Tradition for Lincoln County Families!
Join us for the annual Newport Turkey Trot, a family-friendly event perfect for all ages and abilities. Kick off your Thanksgiving Day with a scenic run or walk along some of Newport's most beautiful routes, featuring breathtaking views of Yaquina Bay, the Hatfield Marine Science Center, and the Pacific Ocean. This is more than just a race—it's a tradition!

Dress up in your best Thanksgiving-themed costume for a chance to win exciting prizes for the top outfits!
This event is also a meaningful way to give back to the community. A portion of every registration supports the Food Share of Lincoln County, helping those in need.
Team Registration
Form a team and compete for bragging rights! Gather your family, friends, coworkers, or classmates to register as a team and enjoy some friendly competition.
- Social Teams: Get your friends and family together!
- Corporate Teams: Rally your coworkers and show off your company spirit.
- School Teams: Students, parents, and teachers—unite!
The team with the most participants will earn special recognition.

Shirts are optional and can be purchased at checkout. Shirt deadline is November 1st. Shirts are $12.00 before this deadline and $17.00 on or after this deadline

- November 27, 2024 (Packet Pickup):
- 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Packet pickup at Arctic Circle Restaurant

- 7:45 AM: Race day packet pickup begins at South Beach Marina

- 9:00 AM: Kids Fun Run (0.5 mile) starts
- 9:20 AM: 5K and 10K races start
