The 5K and 10K both start at 8:00am.  They start and finish are at the Jessie Mays Community Center (30975 NW Hillcrest Ave, North Plains OR 97133).  This event is part of the ORRC 5K and 10K Series.

The first 400 finishers get elephant garlic.  The first 500 finishers get a pair of custom socks.

Plaques to the fastest men and women in the open and masters divisions in the 5K and 10K.  Ribbons three deep in five-year age groups.  Awards ceremony and random prize raffle after the races.  Must be present to win.  Awards will not be mailed.

This race is chip timed.  Results will be posted at www.resultsdb.com and in the Oregon Distance Runner magazine.

Parking at St. Edward's Catholic Church on the corner of NW 313th and NW Wascoe Street, adjacent to the start/finish.  Parking at the church is free until 10am.  There is limitred onstreet parking on city streets near the festival. 

Pets are not allowed at the festival.  Strollers are not allowed on the course.  Roads are not closed to traffic during the race.  For your safet the use of portable music devices is strongly discouraged.

Save on entry fees, get the Oregon Distance Runner magazine, group training runs, and other benefits.  Membership is $30 for individuals and $40 for families.

Register online at runsignup.com.  Register by mail to: ORRC Garlic Run, PO Box 1035, Forest Grove OR 97116.  Online registration closes 48 hours before the race.  Paper registraion must be postmarked by 8-2-15.  Fees: $20 for ORRC Members; $25 for non-ORRC members; $5 for youth (17 and under). Fees are non-refundable.  Day of Race Fee is $30 for all adults (no ORRC discount) and $5 for youth.
