October's challenge is about challenging yourself to be consistent and accountable to yourself.
This month we invite you to pick a weekly goal and commit to accomplishing it, whether it is committing to walk/run a certain amount of minutes a day or hit a certain mileage each week .The goal is to be consistent and to show up for yourself even if you aren't feeling up for it that day.
EXAMPLE- Amber is turning 36 in October so she decided she would challenge herself to consistently run 36 miles a week for the month.
