Description

The COVID-19 Virus has undoubtedly made an impact on all of us... reminding us that life is uncertain and fragile. Yet, at the same time, each day is a gift.

For many of us, being able to go for a walk around the neighborhood or a park with loved ones has been a gift. For others, a light jog or run in the morning breeze or the afternoon glow has supplied some solace that breathes life into this season. Walking, jogging and running benefits both our bodies and our minds, and gives us the freedom to meditate and enjoy the natural beauty which surrounds us.
