Forest Park Challenge!

How fast can you run Saltzman Road Gate to Gate?!

Teams will compete in the Forest Park Challenge by running the Saltzman Road Gate to Gate (see course HERE) and then record their results by providing a link to their GPS activity in Garmin Connect or Strava via web form or text. You must run this race with a GPS watch or Strava on your phone to upload results. Rules are as follows:

1) Participants register individually and either join a team or create a new team. Teams will be scored in classic cross country fashion, top 5 members of the team score with the next 2 acting as displacers. 

2) Once registered, you will receive a text message and race welcome email. In the email and text message will be instructions on how to submit results.

3) Participants will have until August 31st, 2020 11:59pm to run the course and upload their Strava or Garmin Connect activity link. They can also submit results via the welcome text message they will get.

4) The winning team will be the team with the lowest score.

5) Covid 19 Trail Rules apply: Keep 6 feet, wear a face covering, pass with caution and care

Prizes

Awards will be given to the top ten fastest finishers, overall open and high school teams, and GOAT trophies for the overall individuals including male, female and masters (40+).  

There will also be an additional award for the individual that climbs the most vertical feet in August

Additionally, every entry will be automatically entered into a prize raffle with shoes, altitude training options, massage, and lots of trail gear!

After you register, you will receive an automated text and email with instructions to submit results. If you misplace the text or email, you can submit your results on the web form HERE
