Description
The St Johns mile will take place at Roosevelt high school with the first heat at 12pm! We will have separate heats based on estimated finishing times - 8 minutes +, 6-8 minutes, 5-6 minutes, and sub 5 minute pace.
The 8 minute + race will start at 12pm followed by each subsequent heat every 10 minutes.
12:00 - 8+
12:10 - 6-8 minute group
12:20 5-6 minute group
12:30 sub 5 minute group
