stride 5k runs
5K Run/Walk Series
$5/Person/Event
Saturdays, 9 a.m.
Join us for a morning of exercise and a
series of 5K run/walks! These events
are open to all ages and abilities.
Perfect for the first-time or less
experienced runner whose goal is to be
active and healthy. Each 5k is capped
at 200 participants, so register now to
secure your spot.
Registrations are being accepted
at City of Salem Public Works
Department, 555 Liberty Street SE,
Room 325, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday
through Friday. Bibs for each 5k may
also be picked up at the Public Works
Department the Thursday and Friday
before the event.
You are welcome to run or walk with a
stroller. We ask strollers and walkers
to start in the back of the group.
