Easter Fun Run

On the first Easter Morning, 2,000 years ago, two disciples made a seven mile trek from Jerusalem to Emmaus- disappointed and thinking that maybe this "Jesus" guy they had just spent three years with, wasn't Who they thought He was, after all. But a "Stranger" showed up on their walk, invited Himself over for dinner, and as they broke bread, revealed to these two disheartened disciples that He was indeed the Resurrected Jesus- Then He vanished!
So, excited and encouraged by this "NEWS;" they ran all the way back to Jerusalem to tell their friends of the power of the resurrection (A 7 Mile Run).
To commemorate this seven mile run that Easter Morning, we are holding a run ourselves.
We'll have a 7 Mile, a 3.5 Mile, and a 1 Mile Run/Walk for you to participate in. All proceeds from the entrance fees will go to our Mexico Mission's Trip in July.
Entrance Fees are only $25 for pre-registration and $35 day of race, and will include a t-shirt to commemorate your run!

P.S. We are not hardcore runners. This is simply for fun and for a good cause.
