Description
On Sunday, September 27, The Pohlschneider family will host the fourth annual Fight for Your Life 5K Run/Walk. In remembrance of Emily Pohlschneider-Edwards’ fight with a rare women’s cancer, the Fight for Your Life 5K is hosted at French Prairie Gardens, Emily's family farm in St. Paul, just south of the Portland Metro area. The funds raised through the event will be granted to families in the midst of fighting cancer.
“Fight for Your Life is an event for everyone as Emily was all about family,” said Karren Pohlschneider, owner, French Prairie Gardens & Family Farm and mother of Emily Pohlschneider-Edwards. “From roaming through the hay maze to feeding the farm animals to picking out that perfect pumpkin from the patch, the event really does offer something for all ages.”
