Rogue XC is a fundraiser for Talent Middle School Cross Country
Cross country is a sport in which teams and individuals run a race over natural terrain such as dirt or grass.
Runners can choose to participate individually or as part of a team. Teams of 5 to 7 runners will compete for division titles. All division winners will take home great prizes from our sponsors. Teams must pre-register by 6pm on 9/20.
All races will be scored following traditional cross country scoring rules, which are: The top five runners on each team score and the 6th and 7th runners displace runners on opposing teams. If there is a tie, the 6th runner breaks the tie. If there is a tie between two teams that each have 5 runners, the place of the 5th runner breaks the tie. In addition, there are both open and masters scoring for male, female and co-ed divisions. Each division will be scored independently.
