You’ll head down the new spirit trail, over the bridge, make a left onto the gravel, continue around until the paved fork, make a left, and head towards the Visitor’s Center, around the loop and down to Lake Buteo. Once you complete that loop, head back and follow the instructions of the volunteers and the signs.

A: Yes! Please wear the number provided so it is visible from the front at all times. This will help us identify everyone in the event of an emergency.
Q: Is there a time limit for me to finish?
A: We do our best to allow plenty of time for everyone to finish the race. We will have a course sweep so we can support those who might fall a bit behind the pack.

A: We will have water available along the course for all participants.
Q: My t-shirt doesn't quite fit, could I switch it out for a different one?
