FAQs
Welcome to the Turkey Trot! To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all of our participants, we have compiled answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. Whether you are running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, please take a moment to review our event guidelines below.
Are dogs allowed on the course?
No, dogs are not permitted on the course. With over 1,000 runners participating, safety is our absolute top priority. To ensure a safe environment for both our runners and the dogs themselves, we must ask that all pets remain at home for this event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Can I participate with a stroller?
No, strollers are not permitted on the course. With over 1,000 runners navigating the route, maintaining a safe environment for everyone is our absolute priority. Due to the high volume of participants and the narrow or wooded nature of sections of the course, strollers pose a safety and tripping hazard. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us keep the race safe for all participants.
