For a preview of the 5K & 1-mile routes, click here. There will be plenty of water at a water station for the 5K you will pass twice (about 1.2 and 1.7 miles), as well as at the finish line. If you know you're a "thirsty" runner and would like to have additional hydration with you on the course, we highly recommend bringing your personal fluids to ensure you stay safe.

There will be arrow signs and/or volunteers at all turns to be sure you're going the correct way. Please stay to the right of the pathways and do not block the entire path, as this is an out-and-back course and the pathways are also open to the public and not closed. You may see other runners, walkers, or squirrels out on your way. Smile and share a wave with our neighbors!

Lastly: running strollers and portable music players are allowed (please keep your music volume at a level where you can hear instructions and others around you). Cycling, inline skating, and participating with pets by registered participants are prohibited for the safety of all.
