WPTLA President's Challenge 5K Run/Walk/Wheel

24th President’s Challenge 5K Run/Walk/Wheel 

A family and dog friendly event that raises funds for the Pittsburgh Steelwheelers, a local non-profit that supports sports programs for the physically challenged. Free race shirt for all on-time registrants, plus door prize opportunities for participants. Raffle prizes and 50/50 available for sale.

Start Times: New Start Times for Race Categories

Wheelers—10:00AM Start

Hand Cyclists—10:02AM Start

Runners/Walkers—10:05AM Start  
 

Registration Fees

• Early registration July 1 – August 27: $25.00
• Late registration August 28 – September 20: $30.00
• Day of Race registration September 21: $40.00
• 18 and Under: $10.00 
   

Registration Packet Pick Up

• Pick up your T-Shirts and Race Bibs (numbers) on Saturday September 21 prior to race start at the registration table.
• Children 4 and under will not receive a race bib (number).

Award Categories

Awards will be presented to the top 3 finishers in each of the following categories.  There will be no duplicate awards. or overall awards in the 5k.

Raffle Prizes

• Tickets for raffle prizes may be purchased the day of the race by cash payment.

Door Prizes

• All participants are eligible to win a door prize.  Tickets will be drawn after the Awards and Raffle Prizes are given out. Winners must be present at time of drawing to receive prize.
