Frostbite 5 Mile

Our 21st Annual Frostbite 5-Miler, sponsored by the Ambler Area Running Club, is mostly flat, with gently rolling hills. The most renowned February race in the area! Certified 5 Mile race course. Race will be held regardless of rain, sleet, snow or hail unless the safety of runners is in jeopardy. Registration will be absolutely limited to 1500 runners to prevent overcrowding in the HS. Register early for the best price. The Frostbite 5-Miler kicks off the USATF Mid-Atlantic region Grand Prix race series.
