The race will take place on March 14th, 2020, and is a benefit race/walk to support the Kiski Area Junior Varsity and Varsity Track and Field Teams. This is the third year for the event, and we are continuing to make it our annual green tradition!
The 5K run or walk is for serious or casual runners or walkers of all ages. Pets, strollers, and costumes are welcome! We also have a relay where each participant can run a mile for the team challenge. The 5K race will be digitally timed by Miles for Smiles and starts at 10 a.m. in Kunkle Park, Apollo PA. The 5K United States Track and Field certified course is an out and back loop on a beautiful country road with slight elevations. Race starts and ends in Kunkle Park. Please join us!
