NCC Combat Stigma 5K / 10K – 2027
Join us for a meaningful and motivating run/walk to combat stigma and promote mental health awareness!
Course Details:
The race kicks off and finishes at Northampton Community College’s Bethlehem Campus, following a scenic, mostly flat route through local neighborhoods on paved roads. It’s perfect for both seasoned runners and casual participants!
Strollers and leashed pets are welcome – please start behind the runners.
Walkers are encouraged! This is a non-timed walk, starting after the runners.
Rain or Shine:
This event will take place rain or shine – come prepared and bring your positive energy no matter the weather!
Bring your friends, family, and furry companions, and help us raise awareness and fight stigma—one step at a time!

This race supports Veterans, Service Members & their Families.
The Band of Brothers is a student-run organization at Northampton Community College that advocates and supports student Veterans on campus. The goal of BOB is to build camaraderie among student veterans, families, and allies as we facilitate a seamless transition from military life into higher education and build a foundation for the future. As we aid in transition efforts the Military-Affiliated Student Services Office will be hosting the 'Combat Stigma' 5k/ 10k Run/ Walk with support from the 'Band of Brothers' at NCC.
All donations will be allocated to the 'Band of Brothers'- a student veteran organization at NCC transitioning Veterans, Service Members, and their families. 'Band of Brothers' supports transitioning students "Combat to College".
Bib Pick Up: Bethlehem Campus Map
Bib pick up is day of the race from 8:30 am - 9:55 am in the Veterans Plaza. Veterans Plaza is near building 4 on the map.
