Description

The Broomall Rotary has been performing community service work since 1961. The race proceeds from the 2026 Firecracker 5k Run will fund Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.

The Broomall Rotary's Firecracker 5K is a 5 kilometer running event that will precede the Marple-Newtown 4th of July Parade. The parade and race day is Saturday, July 4, 2026.

Packet Pickup: Friday, July 3, 4PM - 6PM and Thursday, July 2, 5:30PM-7:30PM at the Running Place in Newtown Square, and 8AM - 9AM the day of the race at the race tent at Broomall Fire Company driveway apron.
