Jack Cavanaugh was born on December 31, 2013. He was born at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and was diagnosed with a rare condition called Amyoplasia, a type of arthrogryposis multiplex congenita (or AMC). Jack has joint contractures in all four of his limbs causing him very limited range of motion. With countless hours of therapy and a few surgeries Jack has accomplished so many of his goals. He is now attending preschool and we are very excited to see where 2018 will take him. Thank you for your support!
