Participate in the Freedom Life REDEEM THE QUARANTINE Virtual 5K to benefit the Legacy of Hope Foundation.
Register today and complete the 5K in your own time June 5th - 7th at your preferred location, record your results, and receive a free t-shirt—all while feeling good about helping provide safe places and loving care for children in Honduras. The cost is only $20!
*T-shirts are only guaranteed for registrants who register by midnight on June 4! If after the deadline, we cannot guarantee size options will be available.
Race Swag will be available June 1-4 (447 Noble Road, Christiana) 10am-4pm for local runners or we will contact you regarding shipping options. Only shipping within the Continental United States. *T-shirts are only guaranteed for pre-registrations received by midnight on June 4!

HOW DO YOU RUN A VIRTUAL 5K?
1. Be Safe Out: Amid a global pandemic, it’s of utmost importance to be safe and smart about your running. We recommend using social-distancing guidelines while running.
2. Make the Course That’s Right for You:
- Do a Loop
- Out-and-Back Route
- Treadmill
3. Have Fun and Share Your Results!
- To record your results, log into your RunSignUp Account and click on “My Registration” or click on the link within your Registration Confirmation, that was emailed to you, where it says: "To update or complete additional information for your registration, click here." at the bottom of the page.
