Description
Have a goal of running a half marathon this spring? Do you want to stay motivated to run through the winter? If yes, join us for our inaugural 13.1 training program!
Registration includes:
- 12 weeks of training
- 3 coached sessions weekly
- Storewide discount at the National Running Center in Clarks Summit through the duration of the program
- Coaching and plan that progresses individually
- Twice monthly strength and core work with personal trainer
- Friendly, group environment
- Plus more!
We ask that you can currently complete runs of 6 miles before joining this program! Whether or not you want to run your first or your fastest half marathon, we have coaches that can help you get there!
We will meet 3 days per week, times will be determined soon. We will try and plan accordingly to participants schedules. We will be in contact via email once registration is complete.
A tentative schedule would look like this: Tuesday mornings 6am, Thursday evenings 6pm, Saturday mornings 9am.
Runners must be able to comfortably run 6 miles before joining this program!
