Fight Twilight 5K

Join the Philadelphia Fight, the defending USA Rugby League National Champions, as they celebrate their 2014 home opener with a game against the Brooklyn Kings,  FOLLOWED BY A CHIP-TIMED TWI-LIGHT 5K run/walk that starts and ends at the Fight's home field, the A.A. Garthwaite Stadium in Conshohocken PA.

  Every 5K entrant receives free general admission to the game before the race, and a beer/soda after the race.  (Additional game tickets can be purchases at game for $5.00 each with race entry).  Walkers Welcome.   SEE the game RUN the race DRINK the beer   Event is Saturday June 14, 2014.  Fight vs. Kings game starts at 5:00 pm, 5K starts approximately 7:20 pm, Post Game/Race Party starts when you finish your run!   This race features state-of-the-art race timing and results by SpectaSport.  Real-time results kiosks, no-app smart phone results access, online results automatically updated while race is in progress.  SpectaSport is Conshohocken's timing company and has timed races throughout New Jersey, Eastern PA, Central PA and as far away as South Carolina.
5K Course:  Yes, there are some hills. It ain't easy. It's not supposed to be easy.  It's Rugby.   Awards: Top Overall Male & Female, plus age groups:               14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+   Entry Fee: $25 in advance $35 at event.  Family entries capped at $60 per family (call 610-397-1950 for code before registering, no refunds for families that did not use family discount code).  No shirts for this event; instead,we're giving you chip timing, a beer (or soda) and a chance to see America's best rugby team.  It's always a rivalry when a New York team plays a Philly team.  Event is Rain or Shine.     Saturday night's all right for FIGHTing -- Elton John
