Its easy and fun! Here’s how it works:
- Register to run online or at the event
- Join us at Highland Orchards at 9 am on November 2 to sign-in and pick up your Cider Run race shirt, bib and tracker.
- Run or Walk our 5K through the beautiful fruit orchards!
- After the race, stop by for your free Highland Orchards Apple Cider donut and apple cider.
We invite individuals from communities throughout Chester County to participate in a day of running or walking to support a local organization and the families we serve while enjoying a day of festivities and community engagement.
You run. Children grow.
The children and youth whom we serve in Coatesville are extremely gifted and talented. They have big dreams, but they often lack the opportunities needed to achieve these dreams.
This year the Cider Run 5k is helping support our programs that provide academic, emotional and spiritual empowerment to children and youth in Coatesville so that they can see themselves pursuing bright futures. These programs include affordable full-day preschool, free after-school programming four days a week, and free full-day summer camps for both preschool and afterschool aged children and youth.
Through these affordable and accessible programs, children and youth in Coatesville are able to learn, grow and be surrounded by support and resources that help them continue to achieve their full potential.
