Description
This is the cyber run for the 2018 Frozen Foot Race Series. If you cant make the live Series we would love to have you participate in our Cyber Run. All the proceeds go to the same great cause.
You get the same great long sleeved, quarter zip, tech shirt and a finishers medal. All you need to do is run three times between January 1st and March 19th. The results of those 5K runs should be emailed to racedirector@appliedracemgmt.com with the subject "Cyber run results" To be included in the Series results, which are posted online, all three results must be received by 3:00 pm on March 18th, 2017. The rest is up to you run inside, outside where ever you like.
