Description
Our Flexibility 5K and Mile Fun Walk is a challenging and fun grass course with some hills. We have pre and post race entertainment, prizes for all age categories as well as cash prizes for overall winners. There will be various demonstrations available for flexibility training and massage therapy during the event and post race for the participants. We benefit the 501c3 non profit organization The Standard of Flexibility Foundation whose mission is to promote flexibility training and prevent injury.
