GOLife Run & Plunge

The morning of Saturday, April 20th, this Event will include a 5K Run with a Cold Plunge following thereafter. Bring a towel and a change of clothes! (There will be changing tents present.)

The event will be located at the Rotary Pavilion just inland from Beach 7 at Presque Isle State Park in Erie, Pennsylvania. Here, a central hub will be set up with parking, local sponsors and vendors, coffee, food catering which can be purchased at the event, music, as well as the start and finish line! If you are striving to become the best version of yourself while making a positive impact this event is for YOU! We want to create an atmosphere where people can come together to do just that! The event will start at 10am and conclude at 2pm!
