Race Schedule: Each Heat will consist of 5 waves starting every 10 seconds.

Wave / Team Selection:
When registering for the 5k, choose a WAVE on second page of registration.
Suggested Guidelines: 20+ Minutes in Heats 1 and 2 / Sub 20 Minutes in Heat 3 and 4. These are just suggested guidelines. Participants may choose any heat or wave.
Select a team or if you're the first person from your team, create a new team.
What: A chance to race XC in a safe environment on an all grass, pretty fast course. Please read all of the race guidelines below. With the lack of teams getting to Districts and States, we wanted to give athletes of all ages a chance to compete in a real xc meet with other teams-old and young. This is not just for high school teams. It's open to all clubs and teams. A team could be any group. The top 5 people on your team score.
When: Sunday November 1st. The first race will start at 8:15AM each week. For the 5ks, there will be heats and waves. Please make sure that you know exactly what heat and wave you're in. Waves will be 10 seconds apart with a limit of 18 people per wave. You'll sign up for the heat and wave that you'd like to be in There will be no refunds and no race day registration.
Where: Exton Park. (Church Farm Ln, Exton, PA 19341)
Parking will be in the Exton Park Parking lot on Church Farm Lane and at the Valley Creek Corporate Center. There is no parking at the Chester Valley Trail Parking lot.
Awards: There will be awards for the top ten men and women and the top teams.
Please do not come to the race if you have any Covid-19 symptoms or you have any reason to believe that you have been exposed to Covid 19.
There will be no spectators allowed on the course. Parents may walk their children to registration but must stay at the registration area. You may not go out on the course. We'd prefer it if you stayed in your car. A coach with 8 or more athletes may go out on the course. That person would have to wear a mask and stay at least 6 feel off of the course at all times.
You may arrive at the race 45:00 before the start of the race. Other than heat 1, you may not warm up on the course. You may warm up in other areas of the park. Please leave the park immediately after your race is finished. Please don't warm up on the soccer fields.
Please wear a mask to number pickup. You must wear a mask to the start. You will take it off at the start and tuck it in your shorts or hold onto it. When you finish, after you stop breathing hard, you will put it back on to walk back to your car/parents. Number pick up will be at the parking lot.
There will be no bathrooms at the park. You are responsible for bringing your own refreshments. Please don't share drinks with anyone.
Please be at the starting area 10:00 before if starts. We will line you up in your waves 2:00 before the start.
This is a real race, but let's not have any real high 5s or hand shaking. Let's be safe.
