Capitol Area Forerunners - Summer Track Program

All youth athletes not currently participating in their schools season will meet Monday and Thursday evenings from 6-7:30 pm for 90 minute workouts at Reservoir Park starting May 3rd until we will have practice on a track.  All other athletes may join once your school's season is complete.  Please make every effort to arrive 15 minutes early.

 Capitol Area Forerunners is a non-profit youth based Track & Field Club.  The program focus in on fun, life fitness, running and exposure to different field events.  Providing opportunities for elite competitive and development.  You will be given to option to just train or to travel competitively. 

Registration fee is $65 per child which includes AAU/USATF membership fee.  Uniform, meet fees and travel/transportation not included.                                                                                                                    Uniform: $60                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    * Warmups : $60  (Jacket $40)                                                                                                                                                                                                                               * Backpack: $32
