Our team is running, walking, and cheering on every mother. Together, we are building a community of awareness, funding, and unwavering support.

Approximately 1 in 5 women experience maternal mental health struggles—yet so many still face the battle in silence. We are putting our petals to the pavement to change that.

How to participate:

Join our virtual walk/run and complete your own personal goal 1 mile/5k/10k/half marathon or anything in between!

Do your run any day or time between 11/14-11/29. Choose your distance, grab a friend, take it solo, but be a part of something bigger--together.

Run for Free, Give if You Can: Registration is completely free, but any donation you choose to make will directly fund maternal mental health care.
