Life For Ukraine 5K Run/Walk

Join us once again for the Life For Ukraine 5k Race, a powerful event dedicated to providing vital assistance to those impacted by the Russian military invasion of Ukraine. As a non-profit organization founded by caring Ukrainian-Americans in Philadelphia, USA, our mission is to extend humanitarian support to individuals and families facing the hardships of war.

Come run with purpose on October 15, 2023, and make a real difference in the lives of those affected by the war. By participating in this race, you contribute directly to our cause, ensuring that all proceeds go towards providing essential aid and relief for those in need.

COURSE: The 5K course is fast and scenic on paved park trails.   

RACE DAY REGISTRATION AND PACKET PICKUP: From 9:00 am till 9:45 am at race location. Parking/restrooms available at registration site. Race day registration price: All events - $35 while t-shirts last, $28 when gone. 

AMETIES: T-Shirts are guaranteed for those who register by 09/29/2023. Additional t-shirts will be available while supplies last. Post race refreshments will be provided to all participants.  

AWARDS: 5K Run/Walk only. Awards will be given to top male and female finishers. Additional awards to top 3 male and female finishers in the following age groups: 19 and under,  20 – 29,  30 – 39,  40 – 49,  50 – 59,  60 – 69,  70 and over. You must be present to receive your award. No awards will be mailed. Virtual racers will not be eligible for awards.

Live event is kept at 100 participants (runners and walkers). Timing provided by Pretzel City Sports (www.pretzelcitysports.com).

RACE WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS.
