1-No Spectators!  We will live stream the meet on Instagram @Hendytrackxc.

2-Schedule:

7:45-Girls Arrive

9:20-Girls' Heat 1.  Top 5 runners.

9:28-Girls' Heat 2.  Runners  6-10.

10:30-All girls off campus.

10:45-Boys' teams arrive.

12:20-Boys' Heat 1-Top 5 runners.

12:27-Boys' Heat 2-Runners 6-10.

1:30-All boys off campus.

3-Runners will wear masks to the starting line and take them off on the starter's command.  

4-Please remind your athletes to exit the finish area immediately.  

5-Please have your athletes bring their own water bottles.
