Halloween Howler 5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk

Do you love running? Do you love dogs? Whether you like one, the other, or both, this is the event for you! Join us for a lovely day of running or walking at Anson B Nixon Park in Kennett Square, PA. The Halloween Howler offers both a 5k run and a one-mile walk option, and we’re excited to welcome dogs to join on the one-mile walk! So, bring your furry friend along and enjoy a fun, festive day together.

We highly encourage dressing up for this event (both two-legged and four-legged participants) for your chance to win one of our costume prizes. After the run/walk, stick around to see who wins best dressed!

Day of Need to Knows

• Packet Pick Up and Day of Registrations starts at 8am
• The registration table and start/finish line will be located at the stage in Anson B. Nixon Park
• Race will start promptly at 9am
• ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH - No Exceptions
• Parking is located by the bathrooms and overflow parking is by the tennis courts/community garden
• Arrive early to avoid missing the start
• Course instructions will be given 5 minutes prior to the start
