5k Run For Democracy

5K RUN FOR Democracy and 1 MILE WALK FOR DEMOCRACY

Sunday October 21, 2018 

Time: Registration begins at 1:00 pm at the Martz Pavillon:   race begins at 2:00 pm

PRIZES: 

                    1st.overall Male and Female will each receive $100.00  

                    2nd.overall Male & Female: will each receive $70.00

                    3rd. overall Male & Female: will each receive: $30.00  Those who want to maintain amateur status will receive a medal instead of

                    cash, but the total of $400 will still be given out according to placement.

                    Over 60 years of age category: $50 for 1st. place in running competition.

LOCATION: Kirby Park

COURSE:  We will begin near the Martz pavilion, proceed to the Luzerne County Levee, turnaround, then return to the same pavilion.
