Valley Run & Stretch

Join us for another session of Run & Stretch brought to you by Valley Running Company, Balance Yoga & Wellness, and ASICS! We'll start our 30 minute group run at 6:00PM from Valley Running Company, followed by 30 minutes of yoga at 6:30PM with Corinne from Balance Yoga & Wellness! Runners/walkers/yogis of all levels are encouraged to participate. ASICS will be providing shoes to try out, so no need to worry if you don't already have a pair. 

Stick around for refreshments and small bites. Each participant will receive a giveaway and a chance to win a larger prize provided by ASICS.
